HR Admin Support -Temp (6 months) Madrid, Spain As part of the HR team your main mission is to support locally with various operational tasks, partnering with HRBP and HR Community at local and regional level. DISCOVERyour opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include? Pre-boarding management (Request of documentation and management) and offboarding (Vacations, Insurance, IT Material, exit meeting) Attendance and absenteeism control Training management (search and contact with supplier, coordination of action/participants, follow-up) Meetings with external suppliers and school for bonuses Benefits management Input employee data in the system and verify entries against forms or records Generate and execute all reports or queries and provide summaries of data for use in analysis or decision making Improve and maintain all HR perimeter reports This position reports to the Head of HR Iberia.
