HR IT Process Improvement Consultant
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group.
Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial, and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

We have established a new unit within GBS HR, Operational Excellence and Analytics. The aim for the unit is to deliver on ambitious improvements targets through standardization and scale and utilizing digitalization opportunities.
The team help GBS HR to prioritize initiatives, strengthen user-experience and cross HUB deliveries and be an internal advisor on core capabilities within HR IT systems, project management, change management, people analytics and business systems.
This role supports projects to standardize and optimize processes globally, support Process Improvements and follow-up on global projects with high focus on digitalization and IT.
The role will also support the team in management of our solution for case management handling (ServiceNow) and phone systems, help and drive digitalization possibilities through developing business case and change requests where needed etc.
Experienced or just started your career?
We are seeking employees that has from 2 years’ experience until extensive experience and can help us immediate with complex and interesting questions.
