You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to :
Support in the Career Management Process
Internal communication
Support the team with new initiatives and projects
Administrative tasks
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Full proficiency reading / writing / speaking English and Spanish
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs : emphasis on Excel and Power Point
Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail
Professional approach to time and deadlines
Ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality
Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
Multitasking skills
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing
Master in Human Resources very valuable
Some experience in human resources / marketing / events organization either in a consulting firm, training company, or in a corporate human resource department valuable

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively.
We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
