Responsibilities :
Coordinate the training process of Vibracoustic
Keep update the training record of employees.
Follow up and keep update the operational staff skills matrix.
Develop and implement the annual training program according to training needs and performance assessment.
Follow up the fulfillment of annual training program.
Participate and program the induction training for new employees.
Comply to customer requirements, rules and government requirements, IATF 16949 & ISO 14001, according to training.
Follow up to external training evaluation.
Manage the logistics of training courses.
Coordinate the training activities related to high school, technical career, degree, master degree & languages.
Attend audits from customers, government, certification companies related to training
Qualifications :
BA in Accounting, Business Administration or related
3 years in a similar position
IATF 16949 audits, training, Organizational Development, Federal Labor Law
English
