Summary
At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best. Our Human Resources Department is looking for an Intern to join our team in a Hotel that is much more than luxury.
The main task is to help and support the Human Resources team in the daily operations ensuring Signature Colleague Experience, some of the tasks being :
- Recruitment : You will collaborate in the recruitment and selection process of new talent. Posting job offers, database management, social media, among others.
- Training : You will provide support to the training area, providing support to the follow-up of calls, training needs and other related aspects.
- Colleague Events & Wellness Activities : Support in the coordination of colleague events and activities as well as internal communication.
- Other administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the department.
Qualifications
This is a full-time paid internship Monday to Friday.Two essential requirements are : that we can sign a collaboration agreement with your school / study center and legal authorization to work in Spain.
Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications that do not meet these requirements. You are pursuing a career related to Hospitality or Human Resources English is a very important point for us, so speaking English in a fluent / advanced way is an asset.
