Role Overview : We are in search of a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee and optimize our HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Spanish labor laws, managing payroll processes, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, keeping abreast of updates and changes. Manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately.

Requisitos : Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in payroll management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
SHRM or similar HR certification is a plus.
