What we need:Epicenter are looking for a HR Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will report directly into our CEO and become part of our management team. What you will be doing:- Lead internal HR functions that support the delivery of Epicenter services globally- Design and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in both our home and remote locations- Manage employee relations and handle any issues or grievances in a timely and respectful manner- Implement and monitor performance management and feedback systems that drive high performance and employee engagement- Manage compensation and benefits plans and ensure they are competitive and fair- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our company culture and values- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and maintain updated HR policies and procedures- Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to support business objectives and initiatives- Analyze HR metrics and data and provide insights and recommendations to senior managementWhat you'll need:- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience ) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a HR Manager or similar role- In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment- Proficient in MS Office and HR software- Fluent in English, any other languages a plusWhat we'll give you:We are a versatile and dynamic organisation at the forefront of the HR technology industry.
