forma de trabajoWe are looking for an English speaking, switched on, highly professional and reliable housekeeper to oversee the smooth running of a large luxury villa in Ibiza. The property is occupied three quarters of the year, has 8 bedrooms, with a mix of private family use and high-end UHNW rentals. The housekeeper will work closely with the live-out property maintenance person to ensure the villa and external areas look well-presented, tidy and work efficiently, very much like a boutique hotel.
Duties: Cleaning, cooking, serving, laundry, ironing, changing linens, preparing the villa for guests or family, setting up bedrooms, household shopping, looking after household systems (Wi-Fi, smart house lighting, heating/cooling), liaison with third-party maintenance/repair people (regarding pool, garden, solar panels, water cisterns, etc), making sure the house looks well-presented and tidy.
Candidate profile: proactive, conscientious, responsible, adaptable to changing plans, flexible, driving licence, English and Spanish speaking, service oriented, self-starter, team player, child friendly.
Work schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours a day with breaks in between (attention needed around mealtimes) during busy periods and 5 days per week during quiet period.
