DirecciónAt Kantox, we are looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our Implementation team in Barcelona.
This is an individual contributor position where your goal will be to effectively scope, plan and implement Kantox's Currency Management Automation software solutions with our corporate clients.
You will take direct responsibility for project scoping, planning, controlling progress, stakeholder management, and identifying and resolving risks and issues while providing an excellent customer experience and minimising time to revenue.
We are looking for a fluent Spanish and English-speaking candidate (Italian is a big plus) with a proven track record of managing software Implementation Projects with multiple customer stakeholders, a solid understanding of concepts related to business finance and currency markets, as well as enthusiasm for technology.

You will be part of the implementation team and work closely with the Sales, Customer Success Product and Tech departments to help Kantox deploy its technology on a global scale.

Your mission within Kantox
As Kantox grows, we are taking on larger-scale, more complex projects. We are looking for a proactive, collaborative and professional individual with solid project management experience, organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
We want someone who enjoys helping to build and improve our processes.
Reporting to Victor, our Product Implementation Team Manager you will be responsible for the following :
- Project Planning and Coordination :
- Working closely with C-Level stakeholders in the definition and implementation of their business strategy
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration :
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare regular status reports for project stakeholders.
- Assist in analysing project data.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration
- 1-2 years of professional experience with the project management background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- SAP knowledge is a big plus
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and project management tools / software.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, any other language is a plus.
- Attention to detail and resilience under time pressure.
