Work description
Working as an Implementation Specialist (Application Consultant) at Pagero is a highly variable role that includes a broad range of different tasks in a project-based environment.
Your primary responsibility will be to take care of all the technical aspects of our project implementations and act as an application specialist for our platform Pagero Network.
You will work both independently and together with your teammates as you will be undertaking several projects in parallel.
Other responsibilities include :
- Act as an Implementation Specialist in larger, cross-functional, international projects
- Plan, manage and execute small-to-medium projects together with our customers
- Lead the technical implementation, configuration and testing of our solutions
- Interface with our technical team transforming business into technical requirements
- Keep track of project assignments and provide follow-ups to the project stakeholders
- Boost our customers’ digital services and identify enhancement opportunities
- Guide and train our customers to make use of our platforms and applications
- Participate in presale activities to ensure delivering maximum value to our customers
- Contribute in improvement initiatives to refine internal processes and best practices

Minimum Qualifications
- Higher technical education or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge within IT applications, systems and technologies
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and German
Desired qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support
- Previous experience with e-document flows, SaaS or ERP systems
- Additional language skills in Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese
