To strengthen our IT department, which currently hasaround 150 employees, we are looking for a member of the "rvSystem"team - consisting of 10 employees - at our location in Landshut orMunich with immediate effect.

Your tasks :
- Personnel, technical and organizational management ofthe team, in particular
- Management andleadership of employees
- Management andcoordination of tasks / projects relating to maintenance and furtherdevelopment in the subsystems of the pension insurance application(rvSystem) for which you are responsible and automation indevelopment, build and test processes
- Regular participation in subsystem meetings (also acrossinstitutions) for the continuous improvement of softwaredevelopment
- Representation of DRV Bayern Südwith voting rights in inter-company committees (e.g. forstandardization, IT security, coordination on the introduction ofnew applications)
- Supporting new teammembers and trainees in integrating into the team and familiarizingthem with the processes and applications
- Supporting and shaping the team'stransformation to an agile way of working
Your profile :
- Successfully completed university degree in computer science or acomparable field of study, alternatively
- Successfully completed further training in the field of IT
- several years of relevant experience in thefield of IT
- Strongleadership skills and ideally expertise in an agile environment
- Project management experience desirable
- Ability to make decisions
