What you will do with us :
- Installation, configuration andmaintenance of hardware and software components
- Support with troubleshooting and problem solving in theIT area
- Providing technical support forexternal customers (especially in the areas of building automationsuch as KNX® and audio networks such as DANTE®)
- Management of network and server systems
- Ensuring data security and compliance with dataprotection guidelines
- Documentation of ITsystems and solutions
- Training of employeesin IT issues
- Evaluation of new technologiesand recommendation of improvements
What you bring to the table :
- Completed training in the field of computer science,information technology or similar
- Provenexperience in IT administration and technical support
- Knowledge of the installation and configuration ofWindows™ / IOS™ and Linux™ operating systems
- Familiarity with network technologies and protocols
- Sound knowledge of troubleshooting and problem solving
- Strong communication skills and the abilityto convey complex technical information in an understandable way
- Knowledge of KNX® and DANTE® desirable
- Ability to work in a team and excellentcustomer service
- Very good knowledge ofGerman (at least level C1) and good knowledge of English (at leastlevel B2)
