This job is to be filled as part of a temporary employment contract with an option to be taken on by our client.
YOUR TASKS
- Carrying out manual and partially automated tests
- Documentation of test results and creation of test reports
- Analysis of requirements and creation and review of test cases and test plans
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards in software development and metrics with regard to our software quality
- Analysis and documentation of errors
- Close cooperation with colleagues (m / f / d) in testing and development
YOUR PROFILE
This is what you should bring as a Software Tester (m / f / d) :
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in software testing and quality assurance
- ISTQB certificate an advantage
- Knowledge of test methods and test tools as well as agile software development processes
- Experience with test management systems (preferably Polarion) and a ticket management system (preferably Jira)
- High degree of accuracy and conscientiousness
- Programming skills in Java or Kotlin
- Very good written and spoken German and confident communication in English
- Class B driving license is desirable
