Field of activity
The Real Estate department is an internal service provider of the German Pension Insurance Association. Its main focus is on construction and facility management for buildings owned and leased by the DRV Bund.
The department has set itself the goal of standardizing its products and services in this area and providing them with innovative, future-oriented tools.
Against the backdrop of significantly increased requirements for process optimization and the constantly advancing digitalization of business processes, a future-oriented, highly integrative and state-of-the-art IT solution is to be introduced.
All process design and digitalization measures required for a successful go-live are managed centrally by the "Zukunft@12" staff unit as part of a program.
Your area of responsibility
- You design a business-driven target image of an architecture for an integrated IT system and update it
- You evaluate complex integrative functional, technical and infrastructural requirements
- You monitor and review individual projects of the Zukunft@12 program or detailed steps in terms of a homogeneous and integrated IT architecture
- You coordinate the implementation / introduction of new or expansion of existing IT components in close cooperation with the IT department and program management in the staff unit and, if necessary, external consulting companies
- You are the responsible interface for all IT-driven issues - in particular for requirements and configuration management in the "Zukunft@12" department
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a university degree (diploma, master's degree or equivalent) in a field of study in computer science
- You have several years of proven professional experience (at least 3 years) as an (IT) system architect / integration manager, preferably in the conceptual development and support of complex IT systems
- Knowledge of IT solutions in SAP R / 3, SAP S / 4HANA, CAFM and BIM as well as common BI solutions (Business Intelligence) is an advantage
- You enjoy working in project teams, have very good communication skills and an engaging, confident and convincing manner
- You enjoy working innovatively and love challenges
