Senior UX / UI Designer (m / f / d)

Tostrengthen our team, we are looking for a talented Senior UX / UIDesigner who brings their passion for design and technology tocreate outstanding user experiences for our HR software products.
TASKS
- Conception and design of appealing User Interfaces for our HRsoftware solutions, taking usability and user-centricity intoaccount
- Conducting user research,prototyping and usability tests to continuously improveuser-friendliness
- Work closely with productmanagement, development teams and other stakeholders to understandrequirements and develop effective design solutions
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards toensure a consistent user experience across all products
PROFILE
- Proven experience in the design of User Interfaces for complexsoftware applications, ideally in the HR sector
- excellent knowledge of common design and prototypingtools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar
- strong understanding of UX principles as well as anaesthetic and user-centered design aesthetic
- Experience in conducting user research, usability tests andderiving insights for continuous improvement
- Team-oriented way of working, excellent communication skills andthe ability to work effectively in an agile environment
