DirecciónYou will be part of theCommercial Mission Systems division, leading the system and integrationcapabilities for commercial programs in the space ecosystem.
You will be partof a high-performance team in which you’ll be able to develop your technical,validation and management skills in a complex NewSpace project where you willhave direct contact with the customer.
Our team works at program high level, being the glue that joins all other teams and their components into a final turnkey solution.
You will oversee understanding client needs and translating them to specific design requirements that you will use, along with subsystem teams, to create the desired solution.
You will also follow the program’s complete life cycle, meaning that you will be involved in development, deployment, integration and testing phases too.
By becoming a systems engineer, you will have a high-level understanding of a complete system and how all its subsystems and components match to create a top-quality solution.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
By supporting your team, youwill learn :
Systems engineering : Completespecification and definition of a technical solution for both ground and flightsegments.
The project will consist of various subsystem teams with which youwill work in parallel to ensure a fully integrated and functional solution.
- Deriving requirements for thesystem in general and for specific subsystems.
- Generating projectdocumentation such as requirement specifications, design, verification andvalidation plans, test procedures, test reports, etc.
- Complete system design,deployment, integration, test definition and execution.
- Subcontractor management.
- Design and deployment of fixedand mobile communications systems.
- Commercial technical proposalsfor new projects.
We are looking for a JuniorTelecommunications, Computer Science, Aeronautical or similar engineer with thefollowing skills :
- Eager to learn on real worldexperiences
- Proactive attitude withexcellent communications skills to interface with the customer andsubcontractors daily.
- Good reporting skills.
- Fluency in spoken and writtenEnglish.
- Basic Linux skills (shellscripts, make, etc.).
- Knowledge on MS Office suite(Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge on RF antennasand communications systems.
Previous working experience inaerospace sector is valued (1-2 years) but not a must.
The candidate shall have thepossibility to travel abroad for periods of 1 to 2 months.
