Inside Sales Director (Spain Executive Committee)

As we now expand our Spanish organisation, we can offer an exciting opportunity at our Head office. This is a key role within Sector Alarm, who will be responsible and the head of the National Inside sales organization. This is an exciting and challenging position driving the development of commercial team (growing at this moment), being part of the Spain Executive Committee and reviewing and optimizing the company's processes.

We appreciate academic degree and require fluency in English and Spanish. The work place is located in Fuengirola, travels around Spain and group. Previous experience from safety and security business is not required.

This is a C-Level permanent fulltime position in Spain reporting to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of Inside Sales you will be responsible for the following key activities reporting to the Managing Director:

• Responsible for achieving the national inside sales budget
• Define Sales planning and strategy, performance tracking and budgeting
• Report, analyze and forecast sales results
• Coordinate, develop and grow sales teams and functional support teams (i.e, trainers, business analysts)
• Ensure and maintain an adequate Inside sales force.
