EU Amazon Logistics Learning team seeks a Content Designer to own the creation and management of content for Delivery Station employees.
The role incumbent will posses a creative, "sleeves rolled up" hands on approach to understand the working environment and develop content catered for all learning types.
Candidate will have experience of development software and integrations with learning management systems. Previous track record in successfully designing content in a fast paced manufacturing environment is critical for this role as is the ability to travel across the EU / UK&IE region as and when required.
The successful candidate will also be data-driven and have proven experience deploying learning projects with business KPI impact or business goals achieved.
The candidate will also need to have proven experience with xAPI and LRS data management.
Key job responsibilities
- Partnering with key stakeholders including tech teams and SMEs in order to design, create, test and deploy content for EU / UK&IE
- Partner with regional training execution teams to deploy and continuously improve delivered training content
- Working closely with Snr Content Design Manager and Peer regional Content Designers to adapt project updates from other EU countries in order to expedite change
- Own content creation from design / storyboarding to deployment
- Innovate and contribute to implement new ideas including the usage of new technologies
- Learning, content and business data analysis to define projects as well as product continuous improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
- Experience in the design of training for fast paced manufacturing environment
- Expert in designing E-Learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise and potentially other authoring tools
- Experience in integration of E-Learning to Learning Management Systems
- Track record in critically analyzing the delivery of content and the continuous improvement of the learning experience
- Up to 50% travel required within the EU
- Multilingual (Speaking & Writing) (English (mandatory), Spanish (mandatory)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters Degree in relevant discipline
- Experience in data analysis for content continuous improvement
- Experience in Software Development
- Experience with world class manufacturing tools and techniques (lean six sigma)
- Multilingual : German (desirable), Italian (desirable), French (desirable)
