Your mission

As key memember of Corporate Commercial Controlling Team, the main purpose of your role will be to develop Business Partnering model for the business region under your responsibility, providing valuable financial insights & monitoring to support decision making and ensure financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

Implementation and continous development of business partnering model for the different business region under responsibility, establishing a recurring monitoring of business performance.

Monthly closing and Forecast, reporting to the main stakeholders.

  • Active contribution to the strategic initiative based on beyond budgeting, aimed at changing the organization's management model in an environment without a budget, developing elements such as targets, forecasting and resource allocation models.
  • Coordination of the strategic planning process for the business áreas under responsibility for markets around Europe, as well as the subsequent processes of validation and review.
  • Develop and analysis of business cases and scenarios in collaboration with the business areas to enable value decision making.
  • Participate in cross functional projects, both providing relevant information for the analysis, and participating in the discussion forum and decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with :

  • Bachelor's or Degree.
  • Sound Experience in Business Controlling in a global / multinational environment.
  • Highly valued previous experience in the Pharma, health, FMCG or similar sector.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Global business vision, excellent analytical skills, and knowledge of system trends and management tools such as SAP, BI tools (Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud...)
  • Impact and influence, Team player, empathy, active listening, ability to build value relationships and Business Accumen.
