Internship Food & Beverage - Málaga

The company

A grand luxurious hotel in Málaga with great ambition. From the terrace you have a delightful view over the sea and beach and to actually enjoy the beach, the guests only have to cross the street. All facilities are available: swimming pool, spa, roof terrace, bars, etc. The hotel has got a good restaurant and is a wanted place for events, from weddings to business meetings. The look and feel of this hotel is unique for the city and has a certain air of royal class.

The tasks

You will complete all food & beverage work activities. Besides, you will be available to work at different locations within the hotel. Depending on your wishes, the possibilities, and developments, you will work in the restaurant, lobby or in one of the bars. If it is required for your study, to exercise an executive role, you can be (assistant) manager, after following training.
You shall be in a lot of contact with guests and suppliers. Together with the energetic team you will make sure that the guest has an unforgettable experience.

The criteria

You follow a MBO or HBO study in the sector of hospitality (management), food & beverage, hotel- event management, or stewardess. You are representative and communicatively skilled. Your English is on a good level, and you are eager to pick up Spanish. You are willing to work flexible shifts and you can work in a hectic environment, while upholding a calm presence. Hence, you are flexible, work precisely, and want to work in a elegant environment.
