- ensure operations of the applications within your responsibility and supervise the incident and problem management process, supporting the team in the incident resolution
- plan and coordinate the enhancement and maintenance of the application with business and IT units, ensuring timely delivery of the deliverables
- make sure the development and change process is in accordance with the principles and guidance from Architecture, Security & Strategy
- establish a continuous improvement process in the areas of secure coding, application monitoring and automation and manage technical debts
- work in close collaboration with Product Owner, Solution Designers and other stakeholders and look for technologies which allow new business opportunities
- promote open communication, give regularly feedback and provide all information the teams may need
What You Bring
- up-to-date skills in Java OpenJDK, Spring Boot, Angular and ideally in OpenShift, GitLab, Ansible, Tomcat, wildFly
- experience in web application development and maintenance
- knowledge in secure coding and web security will be highly valued
- high team-working ability, leadership skills and proactive mindset
- good verbal and written English and Spanish to interact with international colleagues and Stakeholders
