It Application Support Analyst - Teleco

The IT Application Support Analyst will be joining the IT department and the Retail systems & Billing Team and his/her main responsibility will be to provide support for our Business Support systems.
The IT Application Support Analyst will be working closely with end users and business stakeholders across the organisation, with the development team and external software providers. He/she will be responsible for resolving, managing and escalating incidents as well as some configuration and testing. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst, support Engineer, junior BA or similar role. To succeed in this role, you should have strong organisational, analytical and communicative skills.
Key Responsibilities Includes:
- Responsible for 2nd level end user support, incident troubleshooting, resolution and/or escalation to external vendor/development team
- Configuration of SaaS solutions to implement new functionalities
- Support and train the business users in the daily usage of the systems
- Be an expert on the business processes regarding the system usage and act as a link between the business, internal development team and the software providers
- Exploring data anomalies to resolve issues
- Identify improvement opportunities in the systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Great interest in providing support and educate end users
- Experience from providing support to integrated applications and working with APIs
- Previous experience from application configuration
- Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English
