The IT Team is in charge with implementing the governance for the use of network and systems, it assists the operational units by providing them the functionality they need and is responsible for providing the infrastructure for automation.

Overview IT Operations is the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure within the business. ITOps ensures that IT systems are running efficiently and cost-effectively, providing a foundation for growth.
ITOps also involves the implementation of new technologies, such as cloud computing and software automation, to streamline processes and reduce manual labor.
