About the role :

As an IT PMO Coordinator you will perform portfolio management activities such as maintaining the master schedule, coordinating meetings, administering and analyzing the data for key deliverables and driving the portfolio framework and governance through the IT organization.

What you'll do :

You will work on IT project portfolio, resource planning, related status reporting.

Collaboration with several IT Project Managers.

Supporting financial documentation and executive data presentations.

What we're kindly looking for :

1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience as PMO Coordinator or Data Entry positions.

Experience working with Excel .

Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as HP PPM a plus.

Nice to have experience with Power BI .
