Job Purpose
Coordinate the relationship between IT and the areas of Vueling assigned (Corporate, People & Comms) , through the analysis and knowledge of their strategy & processes as well as the functional needs that derive from them, and translate them into technology needs and in the definition of products, in accordance with Company business
strategy and needs, the Company IT strategy and needs, IT Vueling & IAG standards, in order to ensure that technology add value to the business, and meet the current and future needs of the business, through solid, reliable systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Coordinate the analysis of the strategy & processes of the areas assigned, and identify business performance KPIs, with an annual time horizon.
- Coordinate the translation of the functional needs identified into technology needs
- Plan, size and coordinate the deployment of the activities of development of IT products, with a DevOps agile methodology (combining software development - Dev and IT operations - Ops)
- Lead the product owners team, that coordinate stable development Teams
- Monitor the achievement of business performance KPIs, and coordinate necessary product adjustments
- Organize and manage the team, promoting their development, teamwork and communication, between their collaborators and the rest of the Company
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job

Education
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
- Product management
Experience
5 years of experience as product owner
