DirecciónThe opportunity The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users within the organization.
This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and applications, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Your responsibilities Provide technical support in person to our colleagues based in Valencia and remotely to colleagues based in several other locations : Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin(HQ), Cologne, Lisbon, and AmsterdamTaking over the responsibility for onboarding and off-boarding processes, provisioning devices using multiple MDM platforms, ensuring sufficient stock of equipment, and maintaining an up-to-date asset log via our IT Asset Management toolAct as the point of reference, providing documentation of new solutions / workaroundsParticipate in IT projects, such as new office setup, hardware refresh, and technology rolloutsInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devicesCollaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problemsAssist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades, including system migrations and software deploymentsMaintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and proceduresEnsure compliance with security protocols and best practicesProvide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a degree in a related fieldA minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT Support / Administrator role, preferably in a global company or multi-cultural environmentStrong communication skills , ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organizationExperience in supporting macOS and Windows devicesFamiliarity with IT Asset & Configuration Management, and experience with Microsoft Intune / Kandji or similar MDM solutionsProficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutionsThe ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting global employees both in-person and remotelyIdeally familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT service management practicesProficiency in both written and spoken English is requiredNice-to-have qualifications include fluency in German or Spanish, experience managing IT projects, automation and scripting skills, and knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Zapier Our offer to you We’re working in hybrid mode offering you flexibility to work onsite and from homeWorkOUT Life Balance : 30 days paid vacation per year, flexible working hours, free access to our Employee Assistance Program, plus up to 3 months of remote working from anywhere in the EU, desk swap policy allowing additional remote working time from our other European officesRegular team events and other initiatives helping employees to stay productive, healthy and engaged during hybrid modePersonal development perks including an annual budget for books and online trainings, regular internal trainings, German and English language classesA free Urban Sports Club L Pro Membership
