The IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering timely technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues, managing IT equipment installation and maintenance, and maintaining an updated inventory for effective equipment lifecycle management.

- Supplier Management : Support activities with IT suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
- Security Compliance : Support compliance tasks with security policies, procedures, and industry standards to safeguard IT infrastructure from threats
Requisitos
Previous experience
- 2 years in a similar position
- Strong knowledge in Windows, Mac and Android environments
- VIP user assistance
- Knowledge of hardware and facilities Infrastructure
Education level / certificates
Bac+2 in IT
Languages
Fluent in the country language, good in english.
Computer skills and software used
- ServiceNow, Google Suite, Chrome OS devices (chromebox / chromebooks), Microsoft tools and environment, smartphones-tablets under Android / IOS.
