As our Java Backend Developer, you’ll develop and maintain functional and stable REST API to meet our company’s needs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and testing
- Write clean code to develop functional REST API
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Unit and integration testing
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments
- Gather and address technical and design requirements
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
- Follow emerging technologies
Plus, if you come to work as our Java Developer, you'll manage cutting-edge technologies like :
- Java 8 and 17
- Spring Framework : SpringBoot, MVC, Security, JPA, AOP, BATCH
- JUnit / Mockito
- Redis and RabbitMQ
- Liquibase
- PostgreSQL
- Docker
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
- Special attention to detail
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Problem-Solving attitude
- Results-driven
- In-depth understanding of the entire API development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java
- No Degree required
- Required languages : Spanish and English at a fluent level
