Jr. Credit Analyst

For our office in Madrid, we are looking for a fixed term Jr. Credit Analyst to join the I2C team to temporary replace a leave.

Your responsibilities will be :

• Cash Collection for assigned region and customers according to the defined procedures and finance principles and legislation.
• Respond to specific questions from local organizations, customer service, invoice processing groups and clarify situations when necessary.
• Work with credit reports and monitoring from credit agencies.
• Evaluating credit risk.
• Resolving unidentified and unapplied cash according to the defined procedures and finance principles and legislation.
• Collective proceedings (Receiverships, Bankruptcy, Recovery Plan).
• Perform all I2C procedures as required, in a timely manner.
• Proactively suggesting idea's to improve and automate processes (RPA).
• Meet dashboard metrics related to I2C.
• Support of projects.
• Selected Account Receivable tasks.
• Selected Credit Management tasks.Don't hesitate to apply if you have the following requirements :
• Strong and effective communication skills over the phone combined with customer and service orientation.
• Valuable At least 1 year of experience in a similar job in finance / accounting / customer service environment.
• Independent worker under supervision Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative under supervision.
• Eye for detail.
• Strong persuasion and analytical skills.
• Proficient in the respective cluster language / s (written and oral) & Intermediate level of English (written and oral).
