Role overview We are seeking a talented Junior AI Copywriter & Content Strategist (junior or graduate) to join our team.
The ideal candidate would have experience in creating engaging and succinct content, and be curious about the implementation of AI technologies and UX practices.
Responsibilities Utilise the capabilities of ChatGPT to generate content ideas, draft engaging copy, and strategise content.
Develop succinct and engaging copywriting for speech therapy. Manage the feedback from therapists and end-users to enhance clarity, engagement, and relevance.
Convert and adapt content into BeneTalk's proprietary format / software. Focus on improving the user experience by delivering engaging content.
Collaborate with the product development team to improve the user experience and BeneTalk's AI capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's technical degree.
Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation. Proficient in English. Right to work in the UK. Living in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on creating engaging, clear, and concise copy. Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
Willingness to learn various technologies (do not be afraid of technology). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for helping people find joy in speaking and improving lives. Nice to have requirements Experience with UX design tools such as Figma.
Experience in software development or in writing HTML code. What’s in It for you €25k to €35k Salary. 0.1 to 0.3% Stock options.

Location & work arrangement This position is primarily remote, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to meet in person twice per week in Barcelona.
