Tareas
You'll be responsible for :
- Be able to develop a good understanding of the business
- Provide Support for month-end and year-end closing process
- Finance partner of Spain Homecare management team, providing financial information and analysis necessary for effective management of the business : Sales, costs (including business cases)
- Support the business in growth, efficiency, and profitability enhancement
- Reporting, analysis and interpretation of financial data and KPI’s
- TWC analysis
- P&L control
- Monitoring FTE development
- Capital Expenditure (Capex) control
- Provides cost centre planning, management reports and deviations analysis
- Ensures compliance with Finance and accounting regulatory framework (local GAAP)
Requisitos
You'll be the perfect candidate if you have :
- University / master's degree in Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in multinational corporations and in a FICO department
- Spanish and English Knowledge are mandatory
- Decision making andproblem solution skills
- Analytical and quantitative driven and orientation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Applicants with a certificate of disability would be valued positively
