YOUR CHALLENGE
- You will assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
- You will be responsible for sharing monthly closing numbers to the corresponding budget owners for performance control.
- You will control, track and analyze deviations providing insights of their nature.
- You will support the development of cash flows and its corresponding update following the business needs.
- You will collaborate in the preparation of the Business Plan.
- You will support special projects including M&A integration, ERP implementation, tax planning, etc…
- You will interact with other departments to manage functional budgets and accurately forecast updating.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
- You have a business management or finance related degree.
- You have between 1-2 years of finance control and planning experience.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages would be an advantage.
- You have thorough experience with spreadsheets and excel.
- You are attentive to detail and well organized.
- You possess strong prioritization skills; flexibility and ability to multitask on a daily basis
- You are not afraid to speak up, make mistakes, learn from them and propose improvements.
- You have an international and multicultural mindset
