To strengthen our Finance controlling team, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller within our fast-growing international business.

Job Description

As a controller you will serve as the company’s go-to person for all matters related to finance and accounting and play a critical role in financial planning, reporting and analysis, supporting key management decisions.

The regular contact with the global accounting team, other controllers and especially the intensive interaction with the business is absolutely key to be successful in this function.

You will be part of our finance team and will report to the international business controller

Your main areas of responsibility are :

• Support business controller with the monthly analysis of actuals in comparison with budget, forecast & previous year as well as historical trends
• Prepare monthly management reports for our international business unit
• Support with the setup of quarterly forecast and annual budget
• Interact with local accounting teams and local management
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support management with financial decisions
• Participate in local and global initiatives for continuous improvement

Profile

• Master degree in Economics, Accounting, Corporate Finance or similar
• You have 2-3 years of relevant working experience within finance, a first controlling experience is a plus
• You are pro-active, have a critical mindset and a hands-on attitude
• You have strong communication & problem-solving skills
• You are eager to learn
• You are fluent in spoken and written English
• Experienced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP4Hana, SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI is a plus
