Tasks in detail :

• Quality Assurance : Follow, implement, and ensure adherence to the ISO 9001 quality standard , guaranteeing complete compliance in all aspects
• Compliance : Guarantee complete compliance with quality standard ISO 9001
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in both quality and production processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Management Meetings Leadership : Plan, lead and facilitate management meetings with key managers across various departments in Spain, including Production, Sales, and HR
• Customer Satisfaction Enhancement : Analyze and process customer surveys to identify areas for improvement, ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain and update comprehensive documentation, including of key performance indicators (KPIs), and meeting points, to track progress and facilitate informed decision making

Requirements :

• Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies : Quality Standard ISO9001 (preferrable ISO14001)
• Degree or technical training in : Engineering, Quality Management (or relevant field)
• Proven experience in quality (preferably in a related industry)
• Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations in Spain
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and effective communication
• Proficiency in Spanish and in English (written and spoken)
