Junior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

The Role

To continue elevating our success and maintain our market-leading position, we’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Finance associate to join our proactive team.

This position offers an incredible opportunity to delve into the fascinating world of finance within a multinational context, enhancing your career trajectory through a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop expertise on the business model and be able to support the local management with decisions related to finance
  • Support day-to-day tasks relating to Financial Regulatory Reporting projects (e.g., setting up and preparing agendas for correspondence / meetings, drafting presentations, drafting minutes, monitoring team email inbox).
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of governance and oversight frameworks
  • Support all regulatory audits and reviews
  • Support for corporate projects impacting the current and future financial Regulatory Reporting framework to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Preparation and presentation of the monthly results for allocated subsidiaries, including analysis and commentary of fluctuations period of period and against budget
  • Develop relationships across the business, including sales, product, treasury, credit risk, legal and technology to deliver business insights
  • Assist in subsidiary audits management, including coordination of all auditor requests and ensuring adherence to deadlines
  • Participate in some accounting areas, performing the calculations and bookings as part of month-end close
  • Develop expertise on Netsuite ERP system functionality
  • Other ad hoc analysis and local and group reporting requirements

Requirements :

  • Finance professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience; Big 4 is a plus
  • IFRS and / or Regulatory expertise is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills in English required; Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, work to tight schedules and provide a fast and efficient turnaround of tasks and problem resolutions
  • Be an analytical thinker who can focus on detail with a pragmatic outlook, able to lead debate and drive change whilst bearing in mind strategic requirements
  • High adaptability - ability to cope with product, system and role and responsibility change in a rapidly growing company
