You will be working with a team of talented developers and business analysts to serve our customers in a number of countries.
Primary responsibilities include application support, process analysis and the design of technical solutions in a business critical application of a global enterprise.
Your role
As a Junior SAP Application Subject Matter Expert, your main responsibilities are :
- Application support in test and production environments for 12 customer countries
- Application problem ticket handling
- SAP FS-CD technical solution design and implementation
- Interaction with application users to establish and confirm requirements
- Review and validation of detailed technical designs provided by co-workers or suppliers to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical architecture
- Estimation of effort / cost for new application functionality
- Quality review of project deliverables
- User guidance and training
Your Skills and Experience
To become a SAP Application Subject Matter Expert, your skills and qualifications should include :
- English is a must; German, Spanish or other European languages would be beneficial
- A degree in IT or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT
- Willingness to learn and readiness to become skilled in SAP FS-CD customizing and development
- Customer service focus and an interest in understanding customer processes
- Prior knowledge of SAP technology including ABAP development, ideally with SAP financial modules, would be a clear bonus
