KAM Large Accounts Barcelona

The objective of this role is to introduce the entire portfolio of Dentsply Sirona products in Large Accounts, insurance companies and large chains, ensuring the company's image and logistical and commercial customer service in those accounts that are assigned, maximising revenue in all product groups.

Responsibilities

- Ensure direct and qualified contact with the decision makers of each account (Purchasing Director, Medical Directors, Owners) establishing personal and professional relationships that allow the maximum degree of influence.

- Develop and execute plans for each account, in agreement with the marketing and sales departments, with the establishment of strategic and operational objectives (positioning, action plans, annual forecast).

- Ensure the achievement of agreements, tenders, etc. by influencing the bid preparation process and preparing the necessary economic proposals.

- Manage the operational implementation of the tenders won (project management, training plans, order fulfilment) by coordinating the different departments: Marketing, Sales Support, Finance and direct sales team, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate in the definition of new KPI's that bring the company closer to the main objective of sales growth in the DSO's group and subsequent monitoring of the same, also sharing them with internal partners who are involved in the fulfilment of the same.

- Keeping informed about competitors' products, news and activities.

- Maintain permanent contact with decision makers

- Collaborate with other departments of the company (Marketing, Finance, Key Accounts, Customer Service, and HR).

Requirements

- Experience in sales and knowledge of the sector is an asset.

- University education would be an advantage, especially in the areas of Business Administration - Legal or technical-health and Health Sciences.

- Upper-intermediate level of English

- Profile with a high level of integrity and personal and professional ethics.

- Creative profile with the ability to come up with disruptive ideas

- Knowledge of the channel and the assigned area.

- Driving licence and availability to travel on a regular basis.
