Key Responsibility

Responsible for the execution of the Accounts' strategy effectively, compliantly and providing the requested reporting by engaging all the key stakeholders within assigned accounts, to introduce and expand the products' Company throughout the appropriate messaging and pricing in an Omnichannel approach.

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the commercial plans for assigned product portfolio, throughout the assigned accounts in Spain.
  • Make appropriate decisions on behalf of Mundipharma to protect and maximize business opportunities within the assigned account by developing customer-centric solutions to support product and customer access strategy.
  • Manage the development of an account plan at each customer by incorporating knowledge of key market trends and collaborating with internal teams to develop account-specific strategies.
  • Build appropriate strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Pharmacy Director, decision makers) and gain understanding of customer's decision-making process.
  • Perform all activities in compliance with company policies and guidelines as well as with the pharmaceutical industry applicable legislation (Code of Good Practices of the Pharmaceutical Industry - Farmaindustria).
  • Play a role in development and execution of customer negotiating and contracting.
  • Formulary placement / consideration for assigned products and integrating overall Mundipharma brand and corporate awareness within targeted accounts.
  • Prepare and implement specific and innovative account plans for key customers in the assigned territory
  • Monitor competitors' performance and activity to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
  • Conduct regular self-evaluations to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Maximize and close monitoring of the assigned budget.
  • Regular report in timely manner of the commercial activities to his / her manager. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in defined CRM tool, including accounts information and budget allocation.

Provide critical competitive intelligence within the assigned territory through developing deep understanding of decision-making structure, key influencers, and other strategic objectives relevant to the customer, to contribute to the national account sales strategy.

  • Monitor key market trends and analyze the potential impact on business.
  • Identify areas of mutual interest between Mundipharma and key accounts to develop strategic account plans.
  • Ensure that Customers insights are shared internally to enable Mundipharma to build actionable insights to align them with customers need.
  • To ensure proper segmentation & targeting to balance investments and geographical needs for each assigned product / s. Responsible for mapping and identifying key accounts for new products in portfolio.
  • Perform other duties appropriate to the role as assigned.

Demonstrate thorough understanding of disease state and treatment options and their impact on patients, payers, institutions, health systems and healthcare providers.

  • Regularly attend company-developed meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
  • Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during their calls.
  • Stay current with industry developments by participating in the company's training workshops and keeping aware of market changes.
