The candidate will be responsible for:Responsible for the day-to-day legal matters as well as compliance matters within the country such as: contract review/negotiation (customer contracts as well as supplier contracts, internal service agreements); administrative sanction procedures; claims management; license requirements; compliance with specific laws: private security laws, anti-trust laws, GDPR, ...; General legal advice.Organizing compliance with legal policies, including preparation/follow-up of audits and training.Oversight and management of work performed by any external legal resources working in the Country.Coordinating legal risks within the Enterprise Risk Management -process

Education - Essential: Law Degree.Education - Essential: Master's Degree or Specialization in Administrative Law.Knowledge - Essential: Knowledge of local laws (in particular laws relevant to the business).Excellent English communication skills.Availability to travel.
