We're looking for an energetic marketing specialist with special interest of influencing and capturing the attention of the audience throughout the different decision points of the buyer’s journey. As a lead generation specialist, you will join the Global MarCom team, report to the LeadGen Team Leader, and work hand in hand with both different commercial zones and Product Divisions to develop efficient and attractive marketing campaigns.

We want to expand our team with an expert lead generator, someone who knows how to trigger audience interest, interactions and the desire to know more both in digital and conventional B2B marketing channels. Your attitude should exude positivity and energy, with a passion to embark on a high-pace marketing journey. Be prepared to constantly innovate and fine-tune your deliverables based on input from internal stakeholders and learnings from the field (e.g. A & B testing in order to deliver the best results). At MI achieving measurable results is key to a successful marketing campaign!

What you will do:

  • BuildMarketing automation eMail campaigns & Segment specific campaigns andto support marketing objectives - including list segmentation, email and landing page templates, preference centers, forms and reporting.

  • Lead campaign asset creation, when required, by bringing technology expertise and market knowledge to same table and co-develop marketing material that capture the attention.

  • Develop actionable, data-driven insightsto inform marketing strategy and analyze the performance of your content (in terms of traffic, leads and several additional KPIs), creating reports to track and share the results with the broader team.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensiveRetention strategy (Install Base Replacement & obsolescence marketing)including segmentation, customer journey mapping, loyalty and personalized communications across all channels (email, push, text, in-app).

  • Supporting local marketingteams with the implementation and execution of campaigns

  • Strategic tradeshow/event coordination and zone supportfor successful execution events. Design best practices, manage MI’s global event budget, generate performance analysis and ROI reports

    What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar

  • Expert in Digital marketing tools and marketing automation software ideally Pardot (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo…)

  • At least 3-5 years of experience of demand, lead generation or retention marketing in B2B

  • Strong experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) ideally SalesForce, (e.g., Dynamics…) and sales material creation and

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work in a team or independently and to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Strong time management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Self-motivated with a data-driven mindset and willingness to accept feedback
