AXA Partners is acting in an International BtoBtoC environment with the ambition to become The Preferred Partner for Care and Protection Solutions.

AXA Partners wants to accelerate on customer journey excellence, with strengthening all thedimensions of customer journey effectiveness across countries and products as a key lever for business.

Acting on customer Experience is the new business battle.

We are currently focusing on our top priority of improving the " Digital Customer Journey " in addition to profitability and growth.

The CJ team ( 10 FTE transversal / 67 local) continuously improve the Customers Journeys :

  • As global customer journey owners on big AP tickets, to impact both NPS & efficiency
  • As local customer journey owners to improve the Local Customers Journeys (CJ)
  • As UX Designer design meaningful customer journeys and guarantee the user a positive impression throughout his navigation on a product (experience between customer and single touchpoint)
  • As UI Designer to design the functioning interfaces and the look & feel of the product, and create products that are useful and visually pleasing

In that context, AXA Partners is looking for a new Lead UX / UI Designer.

Your Profile

  • In addition of being an excellent UX / UI Designer, max 50% of the time :
  • Can deliver & tackle only 1 UX / UI topic at 1 time, being out of squad
  • Or can intervene on all perimeter helping on a specific ticket (again 1 topic at a time)

The other 50% : Team / Community

Team / Community

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, offering support when needed in specific areas of expertise to others designers (incl.

testing in supporting the Research departement).

  • Run and coordinate regular UX / UI Design review.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, following Agile methodologies for project execution.
  • Succeeds in uniting around his projects and knows how to lead a group.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX / UI design.

Design System :

  • Run and coordinate the Design System Community.
  • Lead & Participate to regular Design system review.
  • Drive the evolution of the Design System.
  • Ensure consistency across all BLs.

Management :

  • Being the manager of all the UX / UI team.
  • Report on project progress.
  • Ensure the team meets defined deadlines.

Strategy :

  • Centralization of requests coming from client / business / products.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for UX design initiatives, ensuring alignment with product development timelines.

Scope : All AP (Motor / Home / Health / Travel / eCommerce / CLP)

  • Proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role 8 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX / UI design projects.
  • Excellent customer-oriented thinking, cultivating a global view (customers, agents, providers, )
  • Common sense, creative and listen to customers / users needs.
  • Experience in CMS / back-office design (Knowing Salesforce being a strong advantage).
  • UI Design and design system knowledge.
  • Familiar with agile and dev squad environment, nice to have.
  • Team lead : ability to influence and unit.
  • Team spirit : strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Figma / Figjam as a must.
  • Knowing Axure to prepare the materials for UT with Research department.
  • Miro, Klaxoon, Adobe, Sketch is a nice to have.
  • French / English or English / Spanish required , French / English / Spanish would be perfect
