What You'll Do :
Draft and design enablement materials in a variety of formats including digital e-learnings, job aids, videos, virtual training decks, and interactive documents
Collaborate with Enablement Partners, Launch Channels, PMO, and cross-functional GTM partners to build internal enablement program plans, including modality / format selection and material design outlines
Identify gaps between source content and enablement objectives and elevate them to the project team for resolution
Support stakeholders through interative validation cycles by answering questions and proposing / applying revisions based on feedback
Who You Are :
Experience working in a professional or academic setting operating in project-based workstreams
Excels in communication skills using simple and concise methods to explain complex topics
Designs materials using digital editing tools and desires to learn instructional design authoring tools
Fosters relationships and seeks collaboration with partner teams spanning various functions, organizations, and levels
Manages multiple projects in various stages in a fast-pace environment
Flourishes in cross-functional project teams made up of team members from various internal disciplines
Advocates and contributes to process improvements and efficiency, including tasks like project estimation exercises, feedback survey analysis, and backlog grooming
Passion for adult learning and continuous education on the latest trends and advancements in instructional design methods and tools
Fluent in English
Nice to have
Experience with an e-learning authoring tool(s) and learning management system(s)
Experience using document, presentation, and video design tools like Genially, Camtasia, Aha Slides, and Vyond
Working knowledge of sales expertise and related back-office sales topics such as value narrative, customer personas / target customers, lead to order / order to cash processes, lead qualification, pricing, and objection handling
Knowledge of the domain, customers, and core value propositions of programmatic digital advertising, ad-tech, commerce media, and retail media
Ability to structure and organize an enablement project based on learning objectives, influence project timelines, collaborate with stakeholders, escalate blockers, and elevate / mitigate risks
Experience using other industry-leading instructional design authoring tools
