Legal Counsel (6 Months Contract)

Funciones

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join an important company of the Pharma Industry located in Barcelona.

This position will be responsible for :

• To be a business partner regarding the cropscience business. This includes : drafting legal contracts, legal assessment on new business models, trainings to the business, etc.
• To oversee corporate matters : draft minutes of board of directors and shareholder’s meetings, powers of attorney, follow up of corporate matters with the notary public, commercial registry, etc.
• To participate in in-house projects, involving other lawyers and other functions.
• To build up working relationships with internal customers and to participate in advising them on legal and compliance implications.
• To evaluate and balance legal risks with business needs and processes.
• Identification and communication of legal requirements to enable efficient decision-making on management level.

Requisitos

• Law Degree.
• Special expertise in Corporate Law / Contract Law / Competition Law.
• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or a multinational company exercising legal profession.
• Basic project management skills (including basic understanding of IT tools and their application to facilitate LEGAL COUNSELing).
• Communication skills including presentation skills.
• Developing time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills (including developing ability to identify root causes of issues).
• Fluent in English language.
• Experience in an international environment preferred.

Se ofrece

We offer a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave (6-month duration).

Gross annual salary : 43.800€.

Hybrid position with homeoffice compensation of 50 euros per month.

Flexible schedule from 8.15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday and Friday intensive.
