Scopely is looking for a LiveOps Project Manager to join our Monopoly GO! game in Seville (Spain) on a hybrid basis!

What You’ll Do
Improve our LiveOps processes and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of operations
Develop and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Product Management, QA, to deliver tool improvements or new live operated features.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the success of the game or LiveOps campaigns.
Create key metrics of operational excellence and monitor performance to ensure that we are achieving our goals and make corrective action where necessary.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and accountability within the game team through improved internal and external communication flows.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in Project Management, preferably in the gaming industry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear way
Detail-oriented, proactive, and always striving for excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and deliverables
Customer-centric approach and passion for improving the player experiences
Knowledge of LiveOps best practices and tools is a plus
An interest in games, particularly mobile games is a plus
