Our client is a mobile charging platform for ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles. Its main technological advantage is having developed high-end mobile EV chargers. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Director for their growing team!RequirementsJob RequirementsDesign and optimize end-to-end logistics processes for the transportation, installation, and maintenance of our electric vehicle chargersDevelop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operationsManage and optimize the fleet of vehicles and equipment used for charger transportation and maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective operationsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate and schedule charger installations, repairs, and maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation, maintenance, and safetyIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our logistics operationsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in our logistics operationsMonitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvementWork closely with the COO and other cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectivesProvide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics management, incorporating best practices and innovation into our operationsManage and control logistics budgets, ensuring cost control and optimizationCandidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus)Extensive experience in logistics management, preferably in delivery companies, fleet management, or startupsProven track record in designing and implementing efficient logistics processes and systemsStrong knowledge of fleet management principles and best practicesFamiliarity with electric vehicle charging systems and infrastructure is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challengesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and external stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholdersProven ability to drive process improvements and optimize logistics operationsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation, maintenance, and safetyProficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics management and reporting
