We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) to join our team. MLE is the art and science of deploying and managing Machine Learning models in production.
A Machine Learning Engineer takes models (statistical or Machine Learning) developed by data scientists and turns them into a live production system.
Machine Learning Engineers are more specialized backend developer roles.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Operationalize and monitor models.
- Designing, developing, and researching Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes
- Studying, transforming, and converting data science prototypes
- Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models.
- Training and retraining ML systems and models as needed.
- Identifying differences in data distribution that could affect model performance in real-world situations.
- Analyzing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability
- Enriching existing ML frameworks and libraries
Experience :
- 2 years minimum experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, software engineering or a closely related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
- Ability to write robust code in Python.
- Data cloud tools experience (Google Preferred).
- Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- CI / CD for automated deployment and retraining of models (MLOps).
