Your LittleBig responsibilities
We are currently seeking for an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative professional as Lead Product Designer (French speaker) in Madrid or Valencia.
Your role and responsibilities will be :
- Strategic Design Leadership : Guide the overall design strategy in alignment with business goals and user needs. This includes setting design priorities, advocating for user-centered design principles, and aligning design initiatives with company objectives.
- Mentorship and Team Development : Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth. This involves providing feedback, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy and user experience.
This includes facilitating communication and understanding between different departments.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with key stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements and ensure that the design team's work aligns with these expectations.
- Quality Assurance and Design Review : Implement processes for design review and quality assurance to ensure that all design outputs meet the highest standards.
- Data-Driven Design Decisions : Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring that designs are effective in meeting user needs and achieving business objectives.
- Resource Management : Manage design resources effectively, including budgeting for design tools, software, and external design contractors or agencies as needed.
- Conducting User Research :
- Gather end-user needs upstream of design (user interviews, analytics etc)
- Mapping the experience
- Enrich the transverse user knowledge
- Organise and lead the workshops necessary for your UX / UI approach (ideation, co-design, card sorting, etc.), with our users or collaborators from other teams
- Organize, conduct and analyze user tests to optimize your proposals
- Be a force of proposal on a daily basis , in order to continuously improve our platform.
Candidate Profile
At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product designer and 1-2 years as Lead Product Designer. In addition, you speak both French and English
You are attached to the quality of the user experience, and you like to collaborate as much with the business teams as with the development teams.

Technical skills :
- You are comfortable with user-centered design, from user research to prototyping.
- You have already facilitated (or are comfortable with) co-creation workshops, user interviews and user testing.
- You are organized and able to juggle different projects / timelines
- You are used to or want to work in a small, fast-paced team
- A real independence and autonomy in your work
- You master the FIGMA tool
- Experience in applying lean UX methods
- UI Skills & comprehension of design principles.
- Experience mapping expertise & sketching solutions
- User research. Workshop facilitation & user testing
- Good general IT knowledge
- Strong autonomy
