Marketing & Events assistant

On board events & BTL actions support
• Support off-team (mainly mkt executives) in any task for getting a great BTL / event execution.
• Validate possible on-board actions with Customer & Safety dept: analyse pros and cons & availability
• Guarantee full internal processes to activate any of this marketing actions
• Support in VY merchandising process (gadgets selection, design request and follow up, production deadlines accomplishment...)
• Help in closure & learnings document
Partnerships, Raffles/Giveaways & media bartering
• Help on activate giveaways & manage available events tickets for internal/staff raffles
• Guarantee full internal processes to activate any of this marketing actions (admin, legal, internal & external comms, crew, SM teams, creative...)
• Create promo codes and/or manage direct booking with travel dpt when needed.
• Follow up promo codes or direct bookings and to solve possible issues
Admin tasks
• Guarantee all docs are always up to date (i.e weekly and year calendar, etc...)
• Graphic & design support to present internal & external documents (mainly power point format)
• Creative events agency located in Barcelona center|Working as an implant for Vueling
Education:
• Marketing or advertising degree
Experience
• Around 3 years of experience in admin tasks or event executions

• High level of Office package management.
Languages
• English: B2 level / Advance (B2 is absolute minimum requirement - see table)
• Spanish: C1 level
• French: will be well-considered.

We are looking for a talented Marketing & event assistant to be part of Vueling specifically off media & partnerships team integrated in marketing department.
• Salary: 21.000€
• 2 days availabity for telework
