ABOUT THE POSITION
To support our European Road Map in which we’ve identified Spain as one of our most strategic markets for the next 3 years, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to reinforce our team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Country Manager for Spain & Portugal and will work very closely with the Marketing Manager, the Sales Agents and our Key Accounts.
Thanks to your marketing knowledge and background, you will support your colleagues and the business by executing top-notch marketing campaigns with our most important accounts, monitoring sales reports and providing operational support to the Sales Agents.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Marketing Execution
- Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in efficiently managing regional marketing tasks such as budget updates, customer presentations, strategy briefs, event organization, seeding, and agency reviews.
- Coordinate daily activities with the PR agency to ensure they meet our priorities.
- Prepare accurate product details, prices, and visuals for ECI Web concessions to boost sales. Use Mirakl platform for sales data analysis during peak periods.
- Oversee updates to retail visuals at ECI concessions twice yearly to maintain Columbia's brand image.
- Coordinate changes across concessions to optimize sales potential, including wall changes, refits, and ski corner installations.
- Execute seasonal plans for key accounts.
- Attend marketing meetings with key accounts to plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies for each season
Sales Support
- Ensure adherence to HQ guidelines by Sales Agents, ensuring proper utilization of tools for optimal performance.
- Regularly provide valuable insights and data during pre-season and in-season periods to track business performance effectively.
- Utilize Columbia reporting tools to compile and analyze sales data according to provided guidelines.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations with key accounts to contribute to strategic discussions and foster strong relationships
YOU ARE
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good at prioritizing your work and very detail-oriented
- Flexible and open to taking over new tasks and can demonstrate hands-on capabilities
- Native Spanish and English fluent
- Always willing to bring a growth mindset!
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business or in any related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing (preferable in FMCG, fashion or sporting goods industry)
- A strong analytical mindset and demonstrated skills in using Microsoft Excel to create dashboards and manage data
