Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Perform activities related to the configuration, migration, and maintenance of Master Data of customers, vendors, raw materials, finished products, and point-of-sale materials for the operating units of Spain, Portugal, and Italy will be provided in accordance with the Service Level Agreement subscribed, ensuring global control standards as well as established policies, following the implemented governance model, seeking continuous improvement to achieve productivity and must be aligned with PepsiCo's data protection policy, global Master Data governance rules, the operating procedures defined in the DTP's and the process flow.

Your Impact

As a Mexico SSC Master Data Analyst – SAP your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Gather business requirements and translate business requirements into data cleansing rules for Data Quality Application.
  • Support development needed for Data Quality Application with technical team – ex: setup end-to-end data collection, cleansing/conversion data readiness/pre and post load validation reporting.
  • Thoroughly test data cleansing rules in data quality application to ensure data cleansing rules meet business requirements.
  • Compose and maintain documentation on data cleansing rules and data quality application for project team and markets.
  • Attend calls to roll out the application and address/troubleshoot issues and capture changes required.
  • Perform root cause analysis by engaging appropriate teams and ensure timely error resolution.
  • Participate and lead (as required) the team touch points with the internal team as well as the broader project team to ensure proper communication and priorities alignment for delivery.
  • Train, document and transfer knowledge across all business functions and levels on data maintenance process.
  • Support execution for mock conversions and conversion cutover activities.
  • Ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s data protection policies, all related corporate policies and process guidelines.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • Experience of working with/manipulating big data sets (or systems built on significant datasets):
    • Customers
    • Materials (general data and commercial data)
    • Pricing
    • Rest materials, BOMs, etc
    • Vendors
  • Understanding of Data Quality/Data cleansing practices.
  • Demonstrated documentation acumen, presentation of data standards materials for reporting to project and stakeholders alignment.
  • Ability to use automated tools to assist in the data analysis/cleansing process tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Requires fluent English communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Working Hours: Working Hours: ( 1 am a 8 am).
